When is the best time to travel to the Philippines?
The Philippine Islands are drenched in sunshine but can I expect to see the sun everyday all year round?
Well not exactly, it never gets cold, unless you are in the mountains and you can expect rain, lets face it the Philippines are in the tropics, but when is the best time to go.
